How to upload photos to the event?
To upload photos to the event, log in to the Photier panel, go to the event page, and click the 'Upload Photos' button. This allows you to directly upload photos from your device. Alternatively, you can add a Photographer or Uploader to handle this task by navigating to the 'Photo Upload' section in the event settings, entering their email address, and sending them a unique link.
Can event photos be made visible to all participants?
Yes, event photos can be made visible to all participants. You can do this through the event settings by setting the photos as public or private. In public mode, all photos can be seen by everyone attending the event, while in private mode, only the owners of the photos can view them. The facial recognition system works in both modes and ensures the correct identification of the photos.
How to add a logo to event photos?
To add a logo to event photos, go to the event settings and navigate to the 'Marketing Tools' section, the same place where you add frames. Here, you can upload your logo, which will then be applied to all the event photos. This feature allows you to brand your photos, giving them a professional and personalized touch that aligns with your event's theme and identity.
How can I invite guests to the event?
To invite guests to the event, after creating the event on the Photier panel, the system provides you with three sharing options: a five-digit code, an event link, and a QR code. Each of these options can be used to grant your guests access to the event in different ways, ensuring that you can efficiently invite and manage their participation.
What should I do if my photo was not found?
If your photo wasn't found at the event, start by waiting for all photos to be uploaded. Next, you can use the app's 'Rescan' feature to search again.
