To create an event, log in to the Photier panel at my.photier.com and click on 'Create Event' at the top of the page. Decide whether you want to sell photos or distribute them for free by selecting either Photier Pro or PM. Enter the details of your event, such as the name, date, category, and details. After filling in these details, you can create the event immediately. Other settings and configurations can be adjusted later.
How to upload photos to the event?
To upload photos to the event, log in to the Photier panel, go to the event page, and click the 'Upload Photos' button. This allows you to directly upload photos from your device. Alternatively, you can add a Photographer or Uploader to handle this task by navigating to the 'Photo Upload' section in the event settings, entering their email address, and sending them a unique link.
Can I use my Photis at more than one event?
Yes, you can use your Photis across multiple events on Photier. The Photis you purchase are not limited to a single event; they can be flexibly used for any event you create on the platform with all feature sets. This allows you to manage photo distributions efficiently across various occasions, making it easier to plan and allocate your resources.
What should I do when glasses and hats worn at events?
Accessories like glasses and hats can sometimes hinder the performance of facial recognition systems during outdoor events. However, Photier has addressed this issue with its accessory recognition feature. By enabling this feature in the event settings, you allow participants to upload photos with accessories via the app. This ensures that the facial recognition system can identify attendees even when they are wearing items such as glasses or helmets.
What if don't know how many photos will be taken?
If you have an event like a marathon or a festival where you are unsure about the number of photos that will be taken, you can contact us to tailor a package based on the event dynamics. Additionally, for some events, we can offer pricing based on the number of participants rather than the number of photos uploaded. This flexible approach ensures that you get a suitable package for your event's specific needs.
What should I do if my photo was not found?
If your photo wasn't found at the event, start by waiting for all photos to be uploaded. Next, you can use the app's 'Rescan' feature to search again. If you still can't find your photo, contact the photographer through the 'Photographer Details' section in the app. For further assistance, you can always reach out to us at [email protected].
