To delete the account you created for Photier Pro or PM, you need to contact us directly. Since your panel contains a significant amount of personal data, it is necessary to handle this request securely. Please reach out to us at ask@photier.com for assistance with deleting your account.

To delete the account you created from the Photier application, you can do so from the settings section of the app. This process will irreversibly delete your account. Additionally, you can choose to delete all photos associated with your account. If you opt to delete all your photos, please note that they cannot be recovered by you, the event organizer, or the photographer. Therefore, be very careful when selecting this option.

Yes, you can delete what you wrote in the Foyer. Simply press and hold on the text you want to delete in the app, and a menu will appear allowing you to delete the message. This ensures you have control over the content you share in the Foyer area.
